加氢站建设不足、氢气储运困难是直接制约因素


        截至2018年底,全球共有369座加氢站,而我国共有25座加氢站建成(其中3座已拆除)。成本是制约加氢站建设的最主要因素,以固定式35MPa加氢站为例,日加注量为1000kg,在充分考虑安全等因素下,初始投资超过1500万元,土地及配套运输车辆成本尚且不包括在内。国内加氢站建设成本居高不下的重要原因之一是关键设备未能实现本土化和自主化,导致我国没有议价权,此外加氢站数量的过少,也难以实现规模效应。而对于氢燃料电池汽车的消费者来说,过少的加氢站数量意味着燃料加注困难,直接降低了消费者对氢燃料电池汽车的购买意愿。

近期坚持以商用车为主发展路线,加大技术研发补贴

        我国纯电动汽车保有量居世界第一,充电桩及输配电系统发展完善,短期内留给氢燃料电池汽车的市场空间有限,因此不必过分追求氢燃料电池汽车数量的增长。我国应合理制定补贴政策,增加针对技术研发企业的政策优惠,鼓励企业加强与科研机构、高等学校之间的合作,对攻克氢能核心技术的企业给予奖励,并营造有利于技术先进公司发展的市场环境,提高我国氢能产业核心竞争力,避免氢燃料电池汽车增量不提质。蒲讯锂电池
